过程仿生(病/生理条件下微纳结构的组装、转化及其生物学效应)

1.        微纳结构分子构筑基元的开发(组装、靶向多肽筛选;双芘荧光染料开发)

2.        分子间相互作用、组装结构和形貌的调控

3.        在体纳米结构的表征技术联合

4.        仿生细胞外基质形成过程、凝血过程、人类防御素-6抑菌过程等配受体相互作用诱导自放大组装的研究

5.        仿生自噬、分子伴侣蛋白等动态共组装过程的研究等

 

应用:

1.        基于细胞外基质仿生的纳米多肽网络抗体用于肿瘤诊疗、眼底病治疗

2.        基于人类防御素-6仿生的纳米多肽网络抗体用于病原体诊疗

3.        基于模拟自噬过程的自毁灭纳米清道夫用于神经退行性疾病的治疗

4.        基于细胞外基质仿生的纳米多肽网络用于组织再生。

5.        纳米抗菌材料用于骨内植物抗感染,结核治疗;导尿管抗感染;抗菌涂料等

6.        眼科纳米材料,用于后发性白内障的防治,青光眼等;手术辅助医疗器械等

7.        液晶材料的开发与制备,主要用于药物释放、生物检测、环境、农业领域等
