 简历:
  2000年9月至2007年4月在北京科技大学学习并获得工学学士学位和工学硕士学位,从事磁性薄膜材料及器件的研究工作。2007年5月进入国家纳米科学中心,负责纳米材料物性测量(电输运性能、磁性能、比热、热电性能等)、纳米器件电输运特性测量工作,以及仪器设备的维修、功能开发和技术创新等工作。主持完成中国科学院仪器设备功能开发技术创新项目“PPMS综合物性测量系统介电性能测量模块开发”,参与中国科学院仪器设备功能开发技术创新项目7项,参与国家自然科学基金项目3项,北京市自然科学基金面上项目1项。近年来在各类核心刊物及国际科学期刊上发表论文25篇。

 研究领域:
  (1)自旋电子学,反常霍尔效应及自旋轨道矩磁化翻转研究。
(2)低温比热、磁比热定量测量。
(3)低温热导率测量技术。
